Tarantula basic caresheet

For those who might be interested in keeping Tarantulas but have no idea how to,
well, I'll be posting a basic CARE SHEET for you guys to see.. however, may i remind you again and again:

PLEASE DO ENOUGH RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY A TARANTULA AS A PET

THE CHILEAN ROSE TARANTULA CARE SHEET

The Chilean Rose Tarantula is one of the most commonly imported tarantulas in the trade today. This species of tarantula is a combination of being fairly large, hardy and docile. The Chilean Rose Tarantula can be found in almost any pet store, and can be found in two different color phases. One of the color phases of the Chilean Rose Tarantula is a tan to brown overall color with pink hairs and a pink carapace, while the other is a tarantula with red hairs all over it's body. The photo to the left shows the brown and pink phase. These used to be classified under two different species, but they are now both known as Chilean Rose Tarantulas. There are many pet stores that carry Chilean Rose Tarantulas, although they may be under different names. Some of these names are listed below. The Chilean Rose Tarantula is the ultimate starter species, and should be considered for anybody who wants to dive into the hobby.
Range Bolivia, Northern Chile, and Argentina, found in many habitats, mostly deserts and scrubland.
Type Terrestrial.
Diet Spiderlings eat pinhead crickets, and other small insects. Adults eat crickets, other large insects, and an occasional pinkie mouse.
Full Grown Size 4.5 to 5.5 inches.
Growth Slow speed.
Temperature 70 to 85° F.
Humidity 75 to 80%. All tarantulas that have at least a 3" legspan may drink from a shallow, wide water dish.
Temperament Docile and calm.
Housing Spiderlings can live in a clear plastic deli-container with air holes. Adults can live in a 5 or 10-gallon tank. Floor space is more important than height.
Substrate 2 to 3 inches of peat moss, or potting soil.
Decor No decorations are really needed, but you can add a log, or cork bark.
Other Names Chilean Rose Haired Tarantula, Chilean Rose Hair Tarantula, Chilean Common Tarantula, Chilean Fire Tarantula, Chilean Fire Rose Tarantula, and Chilean Flame Tarantula.

*Please note that ALL tarantulas have a certain amount of venom. Although most people are not affected by this species, some people may be allergic to the venom, or just more sensitive, making it a dangerous situation. This is one of the reasons that people should not handle this tarantula. Also, New World species of tarantulas like this one can flick urticating hairs off of their abdomens, which can also cause a reaction, depending on the person. Affects of this tarantulas' natural defenses may vary between people. All tarantulas should be considered dangerous, so be careful, because you don't want to find out if you are allergic or more sensitive the HARD WAY!

P/S :
please note that this is only a sample caresheet for the Chilean Rose Hair Tarantula ( also known as G. Rosea). OTHER species of Tarantula requires some changes in their care sheet, so please MAKE SURE that you know which kind of species that you are keeping and DO research on them !!!!

HAVE FUN :)

Job interviews....

well.. i am sure that alot of people went through these few stages:

1) Finish Finals
2) Nothing to do
3) Start to Job hunt
4) Lots of phone calls
5) Going for interviews
6) Accepting and rejecting offers
7) Got a job at last !!!

Some interviews are very simple, especially for smaller firms, you get to be interviewed by the boss him/herself, and you also might be able to get to know whether or not you are offered the job by the end of the interview.

Some interviews are not that simple, especially for bigger firms, mostly likely you'll be interviewed by the HR officers first and later only will be interviewed by the branch managers or managers etc if only you got the chance for a second interview.

I went for these two types of interview, well the first type has not much to share, so i'll share with you all the second type.

firstly, i was lucky because i got help from my friend which passed my resume to her team leader, and her team leader managed to get me an interview. How did she do that I am not that sure. Soooo, I got a call from Company X HR office and told me to go for an interview two days later. Damn... it was so sudden, because I was staying in a different state and it will take me about 3-4 hours to get to the other state for interview.

In the end, I took a taxi up to my aunt's house and WENT for that interview!
The next day, after one hour on the LRT with lot of people squeezing here and there, I reached the place 2 hours early..
HEY~! dont laugh at me and think that I am stupid. Its because I did not have any transport yet! so i had to go there damn early!

well, the first interview was not much, just like a normal one :
1) why are you keen on the job?
2) why are you the most suitable candidate?
3) what kind of problem did you encounter in your studies and how did you solve it?

then after 4 hours in the office, I was glad to have a chance for the second interview

second interview was the assessment test :

1) group activity
2) group case study
3) individual case study and presentation

Well, i dont thk that i should go into the details because it MAY be confedential..
hahahha.. dont balme me k?

hmmmm.. i THK that i DID ok for both the interviews....
soooooo....... I'll just have to WAIT for two weeks for the call.. XD

WISH ME LUCK PEOPLE!!!! :)
